How is pricing calculated?
Steel Pay pricing is volume-based and custom-quoted for each enterprise. We factor in monthly transaction volume, corridors, payment rails, and product mix. There are no per-seat fees or hidden charges.
Is there a minimum volume commitment?
Enterprise and Sovereign plans require a minimum monthly volume commitment, which is agreed during the sales process. Growth plans have no minimum commitment.
How long does onboarding take?
Most Enterprise customers complete integration and go live within 4–8 weeks. Sovereign deployments with custom infrastructure typically take 8–16 weeks depending on scope.
Can we start with a sandbox before committing?
Yes. All plans include full sandbox access with test data generation. You can evaluate the full API surface before signing any agreement.
What currencies and corridors are supported?
Enterprise and Sovereign plans support 135+ currencies and 180+ countries. Growth plans cover 60+ countries with the most common global corridors.
